With nearly 30 years of experience in the pet food industry, over 500 scientific publications, and global patents, Dr. Greg Sunvold is a leading expert in pet nutrition. His work has significantly influenced the global market by contributing to a diverse range of pet products.

After earning a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences, where he researched fermentable fibers in pet diets, he held technical roles at P&G, working with the Iams and Eukanuba brands.

Dr. Sunvold has spearheaded research in microbiome science, gastrointestinal health, and obesity, while also managing a global pet technology patent portfolio. His innovations include the isolation of novel probiotic strains, clinical validation of prebiotics, and the development of new probiotic product formats.

With extensive experience in product design and formulation, Dr. Sunvold has contributed to numerous nutritional advancements in pet foods worldwide, continually applying microbiome innovations to the industry.

Dr. Bellows is one of only 190 Board Certified Veterinary Dentists™ in the United States. He began practicing veterinary medicine in 1977 at Pembroke Animal Clinic in Pembroke Pines, FL. Dr. Bellows was certified boarded in Veterinary Dentistry by the American Veterinary Dental College in 1990.

Dr. Bellows grew up in New York, attended the University of Florida for undergraduate training and Auburn University for his veterinary degree. He completed a medicine and surgery internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City.

Doctor Bellows has received numerous awards in his career including the Florida Veterinary Medical Association Gold Star Award in 2012.

William A. Brenneman

Chief Statistician

Adjunct Professor at Goshen College and Georgia Tech with over 20 years expertise in statistics applications, global leadership roles, and education.

William Brenneman is an Adjunct Professor at Goshen College, an Adjunct Professor of Practice at Georgia Tech and a retired Research Fellow and Global Statistics Discipline Leader at Procter & Gamble. Throughout his career at P&G he worked on a wide range of projects that dealt with statistics applications in the areas of design and analysis of physical and computer experiments, reliability, process control and statistical engineering. His practical experience at P&G led to over 20 publications relating to current or new statistical methods. He also directed the Global Statistics Discipline at P&G which consisted of over 60 trained statisticians worldwide working on both clinical and non-clinical applications.

He received a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Michigan, an MS in Mathematics from the University of Iowa and a BA in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Tabor College. William is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association (ASA), a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and a member of the International Statistical Engineering Association (ISEA), the Institute of Mathematical Statistics and the Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences. He has served as ASQ Statistics Division Chair, ASA Quality and Productivity Section Chair, Associate Editor of Technometrics and on the ISEA Advisory Board. William also has eight years of experience as an educator at the high school and college level.

Growing up in Florida, Dr. Gavin Casper’s love of animals started at a young age. At age six, he started training his dog in obedience, and before entering college, he had experience training and competing in multiple dog sports, including Agility and Flyball.

He studied animal science at the University of Florida before moving to Prince Edward Island in Canada and beginning veterinary school at the Atlantic Veterinary College. It was during his time at veterinary school that Dr. Casper developed a passion for integrative medicine and cultivated an interest in nutrition, rehabilitation, and reducing stress in his veterinary patients.

Dr. Casper is a certified Fear-Free veterinarian and certified in Veterinary Acupuncture and Chinese veterinary medicine, as well as Veterinary Chiropractic. He loves to spend time with his two- and four-legged family.

Subscriptions are setup with autoship frequencies, typically 30 days, where your product is sent out at regular intervals to make sure you never run out. We send out email reminders 3 days in advance of your next autoship, so you can make any changes. Subscriptions are the best way to experience PetLabCo. and all of our great products! As a subscription customer, all products are available at a discounted price, you will receive regular free gifts, and much more!

You can manage your subscription online through our customer account portal, including making any changes or canceling. Log in or Sign up for an account if you don’t have one.

Your subscription charge date will depend upon the date on which you purchased your subscription as well as the autoship frequency. For example, a monthly subscription will be renewed every 30 days. We do our best to take subscription payment on the same day each month.

Our accounts portal for subscribers will allow you to easily adjust shipping schedules and edit/cancel any of your subscriptions.

1.Log Into your account

Please note: you don’t automatically create an account by subscribing to a product. If it’s the first time you are seeing the sign-up/login page then you probably haven’t created your account yet, register for an account with the email you used for your purchase.

2.Edit Subscription

Once you’re logged in to the My Account page, you will find your currently active subscriptions. Click Edit Subscription on the one you would like to manage.

You can remove your add-ons at the top of your subscription settings, as well as change the frequency of your deliveries. To pause your subscription, click on the button next to ‘Pause subscription for a month’, this option will automatically reset after a month.

To cancel your subscription, go to the bottom of your subscription settings and choose ‘Cancel Your Deliveries’ under ‘Stop your regular deliveries’.

However, when you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to discounted products, free gifts, early access to new products, and, most importantly, your pet will stop their supplement intake! We do however understand that it is important to be able to cancel or amend your subscription with ease.
